The frames are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, in accordance with the instructions, specifications and warnings included with the product. Should the frame of any DEWALT Protective Eyewear product fail under normal use, Radians' liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the frame, at Radians' option. The frame will be replaced when received at our factory from the user. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the user. If the particular product should be discontinued by Radians, then we will substitute eyewear of comparable or greater value.
